• CoPower's early involvement in projects results in realistic and cost-effective designs.
• A project manager is assigned as soon as request-for-quote is received. The project manager coordinates activities with design engineering, manufacturing engineering, quality team and timely information is provided to the customer.
• The project manager works with the customers to drive the activities at CoPower and ensures that we meet the target dates.
• CoPower has the proven project management skills. Regular phone meetings and video meetings are held to maintain the communication.
• CoPower team frequently visit customers in the US and Europe to participate in design and project reviews. The face-to-face meetings are helpful to enhance the relationship with customers.
